- The LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology is an internationally renowned facilitation process used for organisational improvement that engages participants to generate innovative ideas and communicate in an authentic manner. The process is based on extensive research and enables teams to address complex issues.

This two-day programme will provide you with the skills you need in order to design, promote and facilitate workshops using the incredible LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology.

Day one focuses on short applications, including icebreakers, team-builders, recruitment interviews, inductions, brainstorms, meetings, project planning discussions and marketing or branding sessions.

Day two focuses on developing ways to integrate LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology into existing programmes, as well as provides you with practice and feedback on facilitating the process. The ‘train the facilitator’ workshop size is limited in order to ensure it is an intimate setting and guarantees you the opportunity to ask questions and have one-on-one coaching.
